RULES: OK this is an award
that is given to pages that have been approved
for general viewing. This includes kids...so I
have to post some rules for this
award...
#1. NO sexually explicit or pornographic sites.
#2. NO racially biased or racially offensive
sites.
#3. ABSOLUTELY NO sites that do not promote the well-being of pets and animals. This applies especially to sites that seem to advocate "brokering" or "selling" pets for unscrupulous uses.
#4. Sites have to be creative and thought out but not necessarily marvels of technology. They DO have to be completed and have more content than just a collection of links.
#5. Frames are OK but need to be tastefully done.
(please, no frame madness with a million windows I can never break out of).
#6. If your site promotes or suggests spaying and neutering, rescue, or responsible breeding, you have a very good chance.
#7 Oh, and please, if I can't understand the
language the site is written in, then the site must be approved by a marker like "SAFE SURF" so I know there is no innapropriate content.
